Grimm Krupa, Warner to Host Free Shredding Event Saturday

DUNBAR – Reps. Charity Grimm Krupa (R-Fayette) and Ryan Warner (R-Fayette) announced they will be hosting a free Shredding Event on Saturday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to noon. It will take place at the Fayette County Fairgrounds, located at 132 Pechin Road, Dunbar.

“Scammers are constantly looking for any way to get their hands on your personal information,” Grimm Krupa said. “Gather up any forms with your address, phone number, passwords, credit card details, Social Security number or bank account information and bring them with you on Saturday. We’ll dispose of them safely for free!”

“We encourage all community members to take advantage of this no cost opportunity to protect their personal information,” Warner said. “The shredding event is structured to deliver secure, confidential and responsible destruction of documents containing sensitive details, reinforcing our continued commitment to public safety and privacy protection.”

There will be a limit of three boxes and/or bags per household. The event is limited to residential customers only. No businesses.
